Our doctors are a husband and wife team who met in veterinary school and share a daughter as well as two goofy dogs. Dr. Sarah Marpet grew up in Chester, NJ on a small farm where she raised sheep and rode horses. She would frequently visit Warwick for different pony club activities and riding events. Dr. Sarah completed her undergraduate degrees at Virginia Tech in Animal and Poultry Science and Biology. She then went on to complete her Veterinary Degree at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Dr. Brian Civatte grew up in Trenton, NC on a large farm with his two brothers. He grew up riding horses, playing soccer, and riding tractors. He studied at North Carolina State University and received his Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a minor in Animal Science. He then went on to complete his veterinary studies at the University of Edinburgh where he met Dr. Sarah on the very first week of school! It was always a dream of Dr. Brian’s to own a veterinary practice and this combined with Dr. Sarah’s dreams eventually led to the creation of Country Willow Veterinary Hospital
