The clinic was born on March 1, 1987, when Dr. Eldridge purchased the practice of retiring veterinarian, Don Weibel. The practice became the Chagrin Animal Clinic and continued to function in the original building on Chagrin Road for twenty years. In August 2007, the clinic was moved into a new state-of-the-art building at 16680 West Park Circle Drive in Chagrin Falls (Bainbridge)
