Dr. Robert Biederman started Plum Street Pet Clinic in April 2009. He wished he had made the move many years ago, believing the people of downtown Cincinnati should have a veterinarian in the downtown district. The staff and he have enjoyed caring for all the pets of downtown Cincinnati
