Dr Middlebrooks originally grew up in Kettering and now lives in Xenia, Ohio. He had a humble beginning at Woodman Drive Animal Hospital as a kennel boy in 1976 and gradually worked his way up to office staff during high school and college. He joined the practice as a veterinarian in 1989 and is currently the sole owner of the practice
