Northeast Equine Veterinary Service was founded by Dr. Jessica Bittner and Dr. Bryan Elliott to meet the growing need for experienced and dependable veterinary care in northeast Ohio. We bring over 25 years of combined experience providing care to horses and livestock. Our practice was built with the simple goal to deliver care that is practical, responsive, and rooted in strong client relationships
