Dr. Wilcox established a freestanding facility dedicated exclusively to spay and neuter services. Her vision was to create a centrally located clinic in the valley that would offer affordable, high-quality care without compromise. That vision is realized at Steel Valley Spay Neuter Clinic. Since starting SVSNC in 2007, she has spayed or neutered over 65,000 pets
