Welcome to our website! Lisbon Veterinary Clinic in Lisbon, Ohio was founded in 1984 as a mixed animal practice. Since that time the clinic has grown by leaps and bounds. The practice currently employs seven veterinarians, four registered veterinary technicians and more than fifteen support staff members. The small animal portion of the practice offers complete wellness care, dentistry, digital radiography, surgery and hospitalized patient care. Our pharmacy stocks most needed medications and we carry several varieties of prescription diets for both cats and dogs. We have two to three veterinarians working in the clinic daily and a caring and knowledgeable staff to meet your needs. For regular, established clients, limited after-hours emergency services are available. The large animal portion of the practice covers both Columbiana and Mahoning counties as well as portions of northern Carroll County. Our veterinarians work on all types of farm animals including dairy and beef cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, waterfowl, llamas and alpacas. We even have a veterinarian who treats honey bees. We offer herd health programs, wellness care, vaccinations, field surgery, reproductive and tendon ultrasound, equine dentistry including a power float, upper airway endoscopy, acupuncture, and mobile digital radiography. We operate five mobile units with up to four veterinarians on the road daily and offer 24/7 emergency services for our regular, established clients.
