In 1978, Dr. Barry Reppart founded the Harcourt Veterinary Clinic in Knox County, Ohio, starting a long and successful veterinary career. He mentored many aspiring veterinarians, including Dr. Amanda Rogers. Dr. Rogers began working with Dr. Reppart in 1999 and continued through her education. After graduating from The OSU College of Veterinary Medicine, she purchased the practice in 2011. We are now known as Complete Care Animal Hospital
