Adams County Veterinary Services was founded in February 2021 with a simple purpose: to serve the families and animals of West Union and the surrounding communities with compassionate, high-quality veterinary care that remains accessible and affordable. For years before opening the clinic, Dr. Dan was already coming to Adams County. Beginning in 2009, he hosted Pet Health Days at Holy Trinity Church, offering low-cost vaccines and basic services to families in need. Those gatherings were more than clinics — they were conversations, connections, and a reminder that quality veterinary care should be available close to home. After selling his previous multi-location practice in 2019, Dr. Dan felt called to create something lasting in this community. He purchased and renovated the facility on South Manchester Street, building a full-service hospital designed to meet both routine and complex medical needs
