Serving You Since 2001. Dr. Leopard is the original owner of Cats Only Veterinary Clinic. She started her interest in high quality feline medicine under the guidance of the only boarded feline practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, Dr. Annette Cowell, at the Cat Clinic of Stillwater. Along the way she noted the need and importance of a feline only clinic that is able to practice extremely high levels of medicine in Norman. With that she and her husband Tommy worked extremely hard to create the clinic seen today
