Willamette Valley Equine was established to provide superior health care for horses and exceptional, affordable, personalized service for clients. Dr. Joe Teshera graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983, and started practice in White Salmon Washington at a mixed animal practice. In February 1984, he moved to Portland Oregon where he started his career in equine practice at Pacific Veterinary Hospital. Over the past 30 years the practice has undergone many changes, now currently operating as Willamette Valley Equine Veterinary Services
