The Eastern Oregon Animal Health facilities have a long history in our community. Dr. Dake opened it in 1961 (as Dake Small Animal Clinic) and continued to see patients until Dr. Holderman took it over in 2005 and renamed it EOAH. Dr. Tanya Percifield, who was born and raised in Ontario, bought it in 2019
