Viva Pet Care is a veterinary clinic conveniently located at the corner of NE Glisan Street & 72nd Avenue in the Montavilla neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. We offer a comprehensive list of outpatient medical services for dogs and cats. Founded on the principle that basic veterinary services should be accessible to pet owners from all walks of life, Viva Pet Care strives to provide personalized care at affordable prices

Viva Pet Care began as a spontaneous conversation in 2011 between Dr. Dennis Leon and his colleague, Dr. Mark Nunez. They wondered, 'Why do affordble veterinary care and high-quality veterinary care need to be mutually exclusive?' The concept of affordable care is as old as the veterinary profession itself, but modern day practitioners have struggled with offering cutting-edge medicine while remaining accessible to their everyday clients. Over the next several years Dr. Leon slowly developed the concept of Viva from an abstract concept to business plan. Finally in 2017 the plan came to fruition with the opening of Viva Pet Care
