What reviewers say
Operating as an emergency and specialty veterinary hospital, the facility provides critical after-hours care and diagnostics for pets in urgent distress. The clinical team is frequently described as deeply compassionate and professional, particularly during difficult end-of-life decisions and comforting grieving families. However, operations face notable friction points, including extended wait times often spent in parking areas due to facility access policies, high emergency-tier pricing, and occasional communication breakdowns with front desk staff. While many pet owners praise the life-saving interventions and thorough explanations provided by the veterinarians, others express significant frustration regarding billing transparency and perceived delays in urgent triage.
