Mission — We at BHVH wish to help animals, but also help their humans. Dr. Zajac grew up locally on a farm where she saw first-hand the role animals played in the lives of locals. Not only did livestock determine their livelihood, but companion animals so greatly contributed to their wellbeing. In her years in 4-H, Dr. Zajac experienced the commitment of youth to their projects. We strive to encourage that same level of commitment and responsibility to pet owners in our practice. We aspire to know our patient’s families, hear their concerns and strengthen our community through organization sponsorship and veterinary aid programs. At BHVH, we know that no one knows your pet better than you, and we hope to reinforce that pet-human bond. We at BHVH are fortunate to meet families and pets and create memories for a lifetime. As a day practice and preventive care hospital, we have the distinct honor of watching your pet grow and learn right alongside you. We are part of your pet’s team. We root for them, and we hurt when they hurt. At BHVH, we look forward to your pet’s annual exam and the opportunity to catch concerns before problems arise. We place significance on maintaining an active Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR), seeing your pet at least every 12 months. We know the importance of being pro-active.
