Overview

Offering Exceptional, Individualized, Compassionate Pet Care

The Sunflower Veterinary Center name was selected specifically in memory of Stacey’s mother, Imogene Dietrich, who died unexpectedly in 2017. Imogene was an amazing mother, a dedicated worker at Air Products for over 40 years, and a true friend. She always put everyone else first and was so thoughtful, caring, and generous in everything she did. After she died, Stacey’s father, William Dietrich of Lynnacres Crop Farm, planted fields and fields of sunflowers in memory of Imogene at their home in Germansville, PA. The sunflowers went viral on social media and became a local attraction, with people visiting from far and wide to have their pictures taken with the sunflowers free of charge. William harvests the sunflower seeds and sells them for bird seed at the local feed mill. He uses the profits to fund a scholarship in memory of Imogene at Northwestern Lehigh High School. It is Stacey’s hope that by selecting this name, her legacy will continue to live on. Imogene was such a kind, patient, and loving person, and we hope to create an equally kind, patient, and loving atmosphere at Sunflower Veterinary Center
