Overview
A full service equine hospital and ambulatory practice with 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency coverage for our clients. Serving South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland since 1968
In 1968, Dr. Allen Wisner started Green Glen as a mixed animal practice on his 74-acre farm in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania. A few years later he decided to devote his practice exclusively to horses. Initially engaged in racetrack work, Dr. Wisner was the sole practitioner at Green Glen Equine Center for almost 20 years before hiring his first associate veterinarian, Dr. Mark McCubbin. Dr. Wade Wisner took over the practice from his father in 2002
