Overview
Privately owned Harrisburg Regional Veterinary Surgical Specialty is the first and only local veterinary surgery center in the Harrisburg area. We partner with your family vet to provide your pet with surgical expertise in orthopedic, 'soft tissue' and cancer surgery. All we do is surgery!
Harrisburg Regional Veterinary Surgical Specialty was opened at the beginning of 2021. Dr. Phil Zeltzman used to do surgery in Harrisburg a few years ago and decided to come back with a more regular presence because there had been no surgeon locally
