What reviewers say
North Penn Animal Hospital is an independent veterinary practice offering comprehensive primary, emergency, surgical, and exotic pet care, along with boarding and grooming services. The facility features separate entrances and waiting areas for dogs and cats to reduce animal stress, and the staff is widely regarded as deeply compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and exceptionally accommodating with emergency situations and anxious pets. While the vast majority of experiences highlight thorough communication, fair pricing, and gentle handling during both routine visits and difficult end-of-life moments, some visitors note occasional challenges with front desk communication, appointment scheduling delays, and inconsistent bedside manner from certain medical staff.
