Dr. Kelly Slattery has loved two things as long as she can remember – animals and the beach. She grew up in Broomall, PA, attended Marple Newtown High School, and spent summers at her family's beach house in Ocean City, NJ. She attended college and veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania, and has practiced as a small animal veterinarian in Delaware County since 2010. In 2020, the challenges that came with raising three young children while working as a veterinarian during a pandemic made her rethink her career path, and the idea of Home & Shore Vet was born
