Overview
Your local veterinarian in Mt Pleasant, PA. We are dedicated to helping your pet achieve the highest quality of life. Our team provides exceptional care while showing respect for you and your beloved companion
Justin Kontir started working in May 2005 at Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital (when it was located on Rt. 31) under the mentorship of Dr. George Meerhoff. He became part owner of the practice in November 2006 when Dr. Meerhoff retired. As the business grew, it needed more space, and the hospital was moved to its current location in May 2017. He is currently the sole owner of the hospital
Mission — Our mission is to provide the best possible veterinary care while working with the owner's personal budget. We realize that not every client can always choose the most expensive, top of the line care. We believe in multiple options of care. The 'ivory tower' option is not always the one that can get the pet better
