The Pet Mechanic is a full-service veterinary hospital that offers quality care at fair prices

The Pet Mechanic was born in 2010 with a vision to provide exceptional care to local animals in need. Our first location was housed in a former auto shop, making the name an easy fit, if a bit of an ironic one. We’ll always be sure to "repair" your pet, but that’s where the similarities end! We’ve been firm that decisions we make as our Fishtown hospital grows are based on our veterinarians’ recommendations for best care rather than focusing on some bottom line. This philosophy has given us a unique perspective when it comes to making sure your pet has all the advantages they need. It lets us stay flexible, affordable, and ahead of the curve when it comes to new procedures and equipment. Our policy has always been, "Take care of the pets; the rest will take care of itself."
