Overview

We are a small animal veterinary practice serving Southern Lancaster County and surrounding areas. Dr. Mary Jane Potter, VMD and staff offer wellness care and a variety of medical services for your feline and canine companions

Dr. Mary Jane Potter opened Quarryville Veterinary Center to provide quality care to companion animals and peace of mind to their families. Dr. Potter has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 27 years. Her journey to practice ownership exposed her to many types of veterinary medicine and helped lay a strong foundation of expertise that she continues to use at QVC. After a year in private practice, Dr. Potter spent several years in referral oncology. There she treated pets with lymphoma, melanoma, osteosarcoma, and other varieties of cancers. She is comfortable and confident in treating cancer patients at the practice. She has 25 years of emergency medicine experience, which translates into a broad array of services she may offer to pets including cesarian sections, eye surgeries, soft tissue surgeries, and GDVs as well as routine surgeries including spays, neuters, and gastroplexies
