Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation provides mobile veterinary services for animals across southwest Pennsylvania and the surrounding border states. We specialize in equine and canine physical rehabilitation and integrative veterinary care. Our goal is to improve mobility, enhance performance, and support long-term comfort through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient

Dr. Cody Frock founded Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation with a commitment to delivering innovative, integrative veterinary care to her community. Her passion for rehabilitation and sports medicine was inspired early by her own animals, growing up racing sled dogs and rescuing horses. These interests guided her academic journey, earning a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She received her acupuncture training from the CuraCore Institute and her Certification in Equine Rehabilitation from the University of Tennessee. After several years in a busy mixed animal practice, Dr. Frock established Restore Veterinary Rehabilitation to focus fully on rehabilitation and integrative medicine—motivated in part by the significant benefits her own dog experienced through acupuncture treatment
