Overview

South Bay Veterinary Clinic (SBVC) is located in Narragansett, RI, a beautiful coastal community approximately 28 miles from Providence, RI. Our year round clients come from Narragansett and neighboring towns. In the summer months we welcome seasonal residents and vacationers. SBVC has been owned and operated by Dr. Caroline Bowater since 2006. As a solo practitioner, Dr. Bowater takes great pride in making sure her clients and their pets are treated with respect and compassion. Our emphasis is on providing a 'personal touch'...each animal that comes in through our door is unique and special and we make every attempt to treat them as such. Our clinic is a full service facility offering wellness and sick visits, digital X-rays, in house diagnostics, and surgical procedures. We treat dogs, cats, ferrets, pocket pets, birds, and exotics. Dr. Bowater is supported by a competent and caring team of veterinary technicians/assistants. We work together to ensure that our clientele feel comfortable to ask any questions or voice their concerns. We all know and understand what it is like to have a pet...they are indeed part of a family unit! We welcome new clients and their furry friends
