Overview

Welcome to Hammond Hills Animal Hospital, your locally owned and operated veterinary hospital dedicated to caring for the pets and families in our community

Hammond Hills Animal Hospital opened in December of 2001 under the leadership of Dr. Frank Moreland, a well-known and accomplished local veterinarian. Recognizing the growing need for quality veterinary care in North Augusta, he established the practice with a clear mission: to support local families by providing friendly, compassionate care for their pets. Dr. Norman began assisting Dr. Moreland while still in High School and continued to work with him during breaks throughout his undergraduate and veterinary studies. After graduating from the University of Georgia in May 2011, Dr. Norman immediately joined the practice as an associate veterinarian. Dr. Moreland continued to mentor him until his retirement in 2015, at which point he sold the practice to Dr. Norman. Since then, Dr. Norman has carried on the same compassionate, family-friendly approach while enhancing the hospital with modern equipment and a highly skilled staff to better serve the community
