Mission — Edwin founded Paws On Wheels to be able to help low income pet parents to be able to get quality veterinary care at an affordable price and also to educate and inform pet parents on preventative care in both english and spanish breaking language barriers in order for more pets in our community to be vaccinated and safe from life threatening diseases
