The idea of Creekside Veterinary Clinic was created so the people of Mitchell and the surrounding areas have an outstanding animal health organization they can trust for the care of their companions and livestock. The clinic will be a mix between companion animal, livestock, and their compassionate owners. Initially, when Creekside started in 2015 the clinic was to be comprised of a single doctor, support team and a two-exam room clinic with a large animal facility and ambulatory capabilities. Since then, the clinic has continued to grow and the addition of new part time veterinarians and team members along with a third-exam room have been added. All team members will be aligned with our mission and goals so our patients and clients can be trusted in their care
