At Southeastern Veterinary Services (SVS), we are dedicated to providing trusted, compassionate, and high-quality veterinary care for animals of all kinds. As a family-owned mixed-animal practice, we proudly serve pet owners, farmers, and livestock handlers throughout Cleveland, Tennessee, and the surrounding communities

Founded as a sister company of Community Animal Hospital, SVS continues the legacy of veterinary excellence established by Dr. Jim Lane and expanded by Dr. Ryan Lane. Dr. Jim Lane established Community Animal Hospital in 1993. In 2018, his son, Dr. Ryan Lane, joined the family practice after completing veterinary school. Dr. Ryan launched Southeastern Veterinary Services in 2021 to meet the needs of both farm and companion animals
