Exceptional pet care is our top priority here at Williamson County Animal Hospital. We have been caring for our community since 1975, and take pride in offering each and every patient compassion and the most current veterinary treatments. One unique aspect of Williamson County Animal Hospital is that no appointment is needed for routine wellness visits or pets that show signs of sickness or injury. We do, however, schedule appointments for any procedure that requires anesthesia, such as dental procedures and spay or neuter surgeries. We offer late night, after hours Urgent Care Monday through Friday until 11:30PM. As one of the largest privately-owned animal hospitals in the Southeast, there is always a caring, professional staff member to assist you with your pet’s health care needs

Williamson County Animal Hospital first opened its doors in the fall of 1975. In the early years, founding Veterinarian partners Dr. Donnie Headrick and Dr. Paul Vaden treated both livestock and small animals in what was then a very small rural community. The small clinic that began with a few employees and farm calls has evolved over the years with the changing landscape. In 1987, Dr. Forrest Reynolds joined the team, followed by his brother, Dr. Shaun Reynolds, in 1995. Since then, much has changed at the hospital. Today, the veterinarians provide care exclusively for small companion animals. The veterinarian team has also grown significantly! Dr. Lee Stockstill, Dr. Louise Barrett, Dr. Michael Rader, Dr. Elisabeth Pearman, Dr. James Reynolds, Dr. Samantha Erman, Dr. Melissa Reynolds and Dr. Jill Muth have since joined the Williamson County Animal Hospital family. Having a large veterinary team on staff increases available care time for more patients and allows for on-site consultations when needed. In 2014, the original building got a face-lift. Without closing the hospital doors during construction, the building transformed into a modern, state-of-the-art environment that each staff member is proud to welcome clients into. In September of 2020, WCAH was pleased to begin offering extended pet care to the community via Urgent Care. Urgent Care is an extension of WCAH servicing new and established clients until midnight on weekdays
