Dr. Mark Russell, a 1994 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine, was born and raised in Claiborne County. He returned to Harrogate in 1999 to start Russell Veterinary Services
Mission — Our mission at Russell Veterinary Services is to provide high-quality medical and surgical care to our patients. We strive to build cooperative, caring relationships with pet owners through timely communication, client education, and respectful, compassionate care of their pets. Our goal is to support each pet throughout a long, fulfilling life with his or her family
