We strive to provide the highest quality veterinary care in a compassionate manner and at a reasonable price. We maintain a well-trained, friendly staff in order to provide a down home atmosphere that makes both you and your pet comfortable in our hospital
Lakeway Animal Hospital was founded in March 1985 by Leonard Pilkington, DVM as a one veterinarian mixed practice, and quickly grew to a two veterinarian mixed practice in 1987. We became an exclusively small animal practice in 1993 and Dr. Fran Wheeler joined the team in 1997. Since then, the hospital has grown to a 5 doctor practice with 2 licensed vet techs and a support staff of fifteen
