Oakwell Animal Hospital began with Dr. Jessica Sims' belief that high-quality veterinary medicine and a well-run business should go hand in hand. The cornerstone of her business philosophy is that she believes that a great veterinary clinic starts with great employees. If the staff are happy and well-trained, then no challenge is too great for them to overcome.
