Many of our four-legged patients have aged gracefully following our customized patient medical care by partnering with our pet parents and sharing clear communications and expectations. Our practice offers an array of excellent services and resources to make pet health care decisions clear, straight forward and convenient for you. We are AAHA accredited ensuring a standard of veterinary excellence that will deliver exceptional medical care you desire for your special companion

Doctor Kathyrn Cox established Kingston Animal Hospital P.C. on April 13, 1987. Dr. Cox established a practice mission to provide your companion with a high standard of medical and surgical treatment; using state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technology. Areas of emphasis include: preventive medicine, internal medicine, surgery, dentistry, and nutritional counseling. In 2000, Dr. Cox undertook the rigorous steps to become accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). We remain the only AAHA accredited hospital in Roane County and one of eight in the greater Knoxville area. In 2008 Dr. Rob Simpson, received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Tennessee 2008 and joined the practice full time

What reviewers say

80% Positive sentiment
based on 51 reviews

Kingston Animal Hospital is an independent, family-owned veterinary practice that provides personalized, compassionate care for dogs and cats, including specialized attention for senior and anxious pets. The veterinary team takes time to thoroughly explain treatment options and develop thoughtful care plans. However, availability for late-day emergency cases is limited, as the clinic occasionally turns away urgent walk-ins near closing time.
