Overview
Walk-in vet care. Open to you. Kind to your pet
PetWellClinic® was founded by Dr. Sam Meisler in 2009, inspired by the idea of a pet-focused 'minute clinic' during the Great Recession. With encouragement from his wife, Julie, Dr. Meisler envisioned a solution that would make preventive care both affordable and accessible for dog and cat owners. The concept became a reality in 2010 with the opening of our first clinic in Knoxville, TN. Since then, PetWellClinic® has expanded nationwide, bringing our innovative care model to pet owners across the United States

What reviewers say
This walk-in veterinary clinic operates without the need for traditional appointments, offering accessible and prompt care for routine checkups, vaccinations, and minor health needs. The facility is consistently described as exceptionally clean and welcoming, featuring a staff widely regarded as compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable, particularly with anxious or difficult pets. While pricing for basic vaccines is considered highly affordable and transparent, certain services like nail trims face occasional cost complaints. Wait times are generally very brief, though occasional crowding can occur. The practice does not handle emergency or after-hours surgeries, referring those needs elsewhere.
