Town & Country Animal Hospital is a busy, two doctor small animal/exotics practice located in McMinnville, TN. Our goal is to be warm and caring while we provide thorough and conscientious care to our patients. We have a special focus on ensuring diagnostic accuracy while maintaining affordability for all clients

Dr. Gene Maxwell has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1983. He graduated the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. After a year spent practicing in southern Indiana, he returned back home to McMinnville and opened Town & Country Animal Hospital in 1984

Mission — Our goal is to be warm and caring while we provide thorough and conscientious care to our patients. We have a special focus on ensuring diagnostic accuracy while maintaining affordability for all clients. We want to be there through every stage of our clients’ journey with their pets and enable them to care for their companions through the entirety of their lives together
