Capital Veterinary Clinic was established in 1978 by Dr. Curtis Sanders and operated out of a small two exam room clinic and a barn for many years. Dr. Matthew Scroggs took over the practice in 2005 and built a brand new 5,000 square foot, two story, modern clinic just across the street from the original location
