High Plains Animal Hospital is proud to serve Borger, TX and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service. We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet, and giving them the same loving attention and care. We are a group of highly trained, experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible

Dr. Joe Hillhouse graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984 with his wife, Dr. Carol. Two years later, they opened Carson County Veterinary Clinic in the panhandle. The High Plains Animal Hospital in Borger was purchased in 1998, and they continue to operate both clinics
