We are a nonprofit clinic with a mission to ensure every pet owner has access to spay/neuter services and preventive care for their pets. Spay Neuter Networks clinics are staffed by licensed, trained veterinarians and veterinary technicians, but we are not full-service veterinary providers. All of the services we offer are preventive and will keep your pets healthy, but we do not have the equipment or supplies to diagnose or treat sick or injured pets

In 2003, Bonnie Hill embarked on a journey that reshaped the landscape of animal welfare in her rural county. Upon moving to a farmhouse outside Dallas, Bonnie and her husband were greeted by a litter of 10 puppies abandoned by the previous owners. With no animal shelters in their community to help, Bonnie pivoted to a solution-focused approach, centering on spaying and neutering. In 2004, she established Spay Neuter Network (SNN), and launched a mobile spay-neuter clinic serving about 2,000 dogs and cats in Kaufman County. Through her leadership and the unwavering support of her board members - Carol Shiels, Terri Maloney, Robert Green, and Richard Hill - Bonnie laid the foundation for a remarkable journey of compassion and impact. Today, Bonnie's legacy endures as SNN continues to expand its reach into all of Texas, providing essential services to more than 45,000 dogs and cats annually across Texas
