Fredericksburg Equine has a decades-long history serving Gillespie County as the primary equine specialists. Dr. Matt Moskosky leads the equine veterinary team along with Dr. Kelsey Duarte and Dr. Matt Feller. Cutting-edge diagnostic, state of the art therapies, safe facilities and a customer-first approach to care, your horse will be in excellent hands at Fredericksburg Equine. Conveniently situated just south of Fredericksburg off of Leyendecker Road, our Fear Free small animal practice is the only one of its kind in Gillespie County. With a talented staff, led by Dr. Matt Feller, cutting edge diagnostics, beautiful facilities, and a customer-first approach to care, your pet will be in excellent hands

1998: Equine Veterinary Services is established. 2018: Purchased by Dr. Rob Franklin and Dr. Matt Moskosky. 2020: Fredericksburg Equine is renamed Fredericksburg Equine & Small Animal Veterinary Services to reflect the growing number of dog and cat patients. 2021: Dr. Feller partners with the ‘Fred Equine’ team to lead our small animal practice. 2022: Dr. Duarte joins the team at ‘Fred Equine.’
