Dr. Middleton bought the practice in January 2025, after working along side Dr. Phillips the last 6 years. Dr. Phillips-Jenkins took over an existing practice in Levelland in 1996, and through the years has expanded CAAC into what it is today

Mission — We're here for you, your pets, and our community, by providing excellent and compassionate veterinary health care, in a clean and comfortable environment
