West Loop Animal Hospital is an established, full-service, small animal and exotic veterinary hospital committed to providing exceptional medical, surgical and dental care to clients and patients during every visit in a caring and compassionate manner

West Loop Animal Hospital opened in 1981. Dr. Owens and Dr. Howard purchased West Loop Animal Hospital in 1981 and were joined by Dr. Balliett in 1986

Mission — It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care to the pets of Gregg County and surrounding areas. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education
