Lamar veterinary clinic since 1965 1965 Lamar Veterinary Clinic was founded by Dr. Don Ensey. 1974 1976 Dr. Nottingham completed his summer internship at LVC. 1978 Dr. Nottingham moved to Paris, Texas and began practicing veterinary medicine at LVC. 1979 Dr. Nottingham (left). 1980 Dr. Ables began practicing veterinary medicine at LVC. 2001 2009 Dr. Rouse graduates from Oklahoma State University with a Doctorates in Veterinary Medicine. 2013 Dr. Rouse joins LVC to practice veterinary medicine. 2015 Dr. Ables retires from LVC & veterinary medicine. 2016 2024 Dr. Rouse constructed a new clinic.
