Providing High-Quality Veterinary Care Since 1980. Central Texas Animal Hospital has been providing high-quality medical vet care for cats and dogs since 1980. Dr. Daryl Neans, our founder and veterinarian, started the practice in Pflugerville after graduating from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. Our owner Dr. Carlyn Smallwood has continued this legacy while growing our hospital's medicine with cutting edge technology and patient-minded practices. We have 4 doctors at our animal hospital who practice progressive Veterinary Medicine, including Extended Vaccine Protocols. Our veterinary hospital provides extensive laboratory services, including ultrasound, radiology, and in-house bloodwork. We also provide dental care, surgical services, laser therapy and wellness care. It is our goal to be a well-rounded resource for our clients
