In 2017, Dr. Shirey and partners Dr. James Morton and Dr. John Morton bought Starnes Animal Clinic to continue to serve and provide for the surrounding Tyler, TX area. In 2022, Starnes Animal Clinic became Rose City Animal Clinic, a busy 3-Doctor vet clinic in Tyler, TX, open 7 days a week
