We provide complete veterinary care to keep all pets healthy, happy and thriving. We serve Amelia, Powhatan, and Western Chesterfield, VA. We take care of everything -- tail to nose, puppies and kittens to gentle wise friends, prevention to advanced treatments. All provided by our kind and experienced staff and doctor
Dr. Heitzman graduated from the NCSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. He began his career in a mixed-animal practice in Northern Indiana, where he spent four years treating both large and small animals. In 2017, he returned to Virginia to be closer to family. Dr. Heitzman previously worked at Countryside as a relief veterinarian. When the opportunity arose to take over the clinic, he was thrilled at the thought of running his own family-run practice
