Veterinary Community Outreach (VCO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing low-cost and no-cost preventative veterinary services to low-income families in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia and surrounding areas
Recognizing the profound bond between humans and animals, our founders established this organization to address the growing need for accessible preventative veterinary care, particularly for those facing financial constraints. We will pursue charitable grants to cover the costs of preventative services, while our dedicated professionals will largely offer their expertise on a volunteer basis. Our mission is to ensure that every pet receives the care they deserve, regardless of their owner’s financial situation
