Dr. Nathan Higgins earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Tech. He then went on to a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Higgins practiced small animal medicine in Manassas, Virginia. In late 2013, Dr. Higgins decided to move to the Eastern Shore and start Cape Charles Animal Hospital
