Overview
At home euthanasia for dogs or cats within 1.5 hours or less from Kings Dominion. Also offers preventative care
It was on a summer break from veterinary school, that I noticed my family's dog had really declined--having difficulty walking, and her overall quality of life was poor. We came to the group decision to humanely euthanize her at home. The doc who came didn't feel the need to give her an injection for anxiety, and had poor bedside manner. Long story short, the experience left us feeling robbed of our last moments with our family member and this experience has inspired me to start an at-home mobile practice. I have been practicing in the RVA since 2016, after completing my clinical year at Virginia Tech. I met my Richmond native fiance Jonathan Keeton in 2018 and have been providing in-home veterinary care for about 2 years now
