VCA White Oak has cared for the dogs and cats of Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, and the surrounding communities for more than 25 years. Originally owned by Dr. Stacy Horner-Dunn and Dr. Gary Dunn, White Oak Animal Hospital was opened in 1996 before becoming part of VCA Animal Hospitals in 2023
